FAQ

Common Questions

When is the application deadline?

Applications open each year in January and close in March. Late applications are not accepted. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive reminders.

Can I apply if I have already started university?

Yes. We welcome applications from first-year students who started without a scholarship but now face financial difficulty. You must be in your first or second year.

What programs are eligible?

IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Management Information Systems, and related technology programs.

Is the scholarship renewable each year?

Yes. The scholarship is renewed annually based on satisfactory academic progress (minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0) and continued financial need.

Do I need to repay the scholarship?

No. This is a grant — not a loan. We only ask that scholars commit to giving back to their communities and considering mentorship roles in the future.
